The Fit 4 Life Women’s Coaching Program is a holistic approach to weight loss for the woman that is sick and tired of struggling with yo-yo dieting, post-partum weight loss and menopause.
Through the program, we help you make permanent changes to your lifestyle with our Fit 4 Life Conscious© Fitness Method – a sustainable and flexible approach to exercise & nutrition.
Here’s what you get in the program:
- 1-1 messenger support (text/voice/video) so you always get your questions answered throughout the week
- Weekly check-ins with your coach (text/voice/video) so you will know where you’re at with your progress and exactly what to focus on from week to week
- 1-1 Coaching Calls (Default set at fortnightly) with your coach to troubleshoot any stumbling blocks with your plan and get immediate solutions to put into practice
- 1x on-boarding call (30 mins) where we go through your customized plan so you can get started immediately after
- 1x graduation call (30 mins) where we go through your progress & achievements and explore the next steps for you
- Access to the Fit 4 Life Coaching Mobile App so that you can easily record your data for the coach to review
- Weekly Live Q&A/Trainings in the Private Women’s Coaching Group
- Private Women’s Coaching Group where you can interact with other like-minded women looking to take charge of their health & fitness
