FAQ
I’m completely new to exercise, will this work for me?
We have had many beginners come into the program and experienced great success. As your workouts will be tailored to your fitness levels, you will not be given any exercises that are beyond your current level. Most importantly, as long as you submit your videos for form checking, your online fitness coach will be able to give you simple corrections to make so you can keep improving and making progress.
Do I need a gym membership or certain equipment?
No, this isn’t necessary for you to make progress. We will tailor the training program according to both your fitness level and your equipment availability at home. The important thing is we will teach you how to exercise so that you know exactly how they should be performed for most effective results.
How often do I need to exercise?
How often you exercise will depend largely on your specific goals, schedule, fitness level and most importantly, your recovery abilities (how much sleep you’re getting, what your stress levels are like, etc). Many beginners often start out with four 15 min workouts in the week and build up from there, but depending on your preference, you can start with more if that’s what you desire. Your online fitness coach will advise you on the optimal starting point during your consultation.
