Aside from the vast knowledge and experience that Coach Twain has, what really stood out to me was his ability to be honest & firm with his feedback without being harsh. When I first started working with Twain, I was doing 3 cardio based exercise classes and additional running sessions to try and lose my belly fat, but to no avail. Yes, a large part of our clientele are pre and post natal women. However, it is important that you get clearance from your doctor before you start your training with us.
Our program packages range between $1000 to $5000, with flexible payment plans available as well. As we customise each program according to the client, we usually do a free trial session first. This allows us to better assess your situation and recommend the best options to fit your goals & budget.
No, this isn’t necessary for you to make progress. We will tailor the training program according to both your fitness level and your equipment availability at home. The important thing is we will teach you how to exercise so that you know exactly how they should be performed for most effective results.
How often you exercise will depend largely on your specific goals, schedule, fitness level and most importantly, your recovery abilities (how much sleep you’re getting, what your stress levels are like, etc). Many of the ladies often do one in-person session with us, followed by two to three short workouts (15 to 30mins) on their own at home. For those that choose to go completely online, they often start out with four 15 min workouts in the week and build up from there.
