Our Process

STEP 1 - Consultation

When you book a consultation with us, you’ll fill out a form to provide us information on your current fitness situation, personal goals and struggles faced. During the consultation, we’ll use this information to come up with a road-map for your fitness journey and figure out the best program for hitting your goals.

STEP 2 - Sign Up to chosen plan

After you’ve signed up, you’ll download our app where you’ll receive step-by-step instructions on what to do prior to starting your program, leading up to your first on-boarding call with your coach!

STEP 3 - Start Your Plan

After your on-boarding call with your coach, we’ll jump straight into getting you started on YOUR program! All your tasks will be programmed directly into the app so that you can follow it easily and see your progress.

STEP 4 - Feedback & Adjust

Throughout the program, we will be doing weekly reviews to help provide feedback and adjust your program according to your evolving lifestyle! This helps keep you on track and allows you to start building all the skills and habits to maintain your fitness results long after the program is done!

STEP 5 - Keep Seeing Results

By the end of the program, you would have achieved your goal – but this is just the beginning of the rest of your fitness life! By now you would have built up the habits and skills of fitness that will allow you to keep seeing results, and enjoy the benefits of staying Fit 4 Life!
