A Note from the Founder


Hey there! My name is Twain and I’m a lifting enthusiast, fitness coach & certified nutritionist.

I’ve been coaching since 2009 and in that time, I’ve helped over hundreds of men transform their bodies, and in the process, helped them take back control of their health and lives.

My goal with all my clients is to simplify the complexities of nutrition and training science so that they know how to improve their body composition and optimize their lifestyles for sustainable fitness.

Ultimately, they become positive role models of health & fitness, inspiring others in their communities to start prioritizing their own health.

To me, prioritizing one’s health and body is vital to maintaining our confidence and vigour for life. However, in today’s society, this is often a rarity, and there seems to be an infinite number of individuals that need such help.

This is why I’ve been on a mission for the past 12 years to help as many men take back control of their bodies, health and lives, so that they can start leading from the front!

Personally, I’ve been lifting since I was 16 years old. In the past 18 years of lifting, I’ve participated in various strength sports like powerlifting and strongman. I’ve also put on 45kg, and lost 20kg, all in an effort to better understand the intricacies of sculpting the human body.

With my knowledge and guidance, I’ll be able to help YOU build a lean physique while building muscle, improving your strength and boosting your overall energy levels!

And through this programme, I’ll be teaching and coaching you every step of the way through the exact same habits and principles that I use.

The aim of the program is to completely empower you with the education and skills so you can confidently keep up with the fitness lifestyle way into the future, and become the role model & positive influence that your community, and our society, needs!
